Web Banking unavailable

Dear clients,

Since 18 July 2018, the Web Banking site you are using is replaced permanently by a more practical, more comprehensive and smoother version. The new version offers new features and all the core functions you need to view your accounts and carry out your banking transactions.

To log in securely, you will need :

  • - Your 10–digit client number
  • - Your 6–digit password
  • - Your LuxTrust Token

If you do not have any of these items, please call Client Services as soon as possible on (+352) 42 42–2000, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.
